  • Written updates at the start of each term and after each report card
  • Immediate contact if there is any health, academic or wellbeing concern
  • Transparent, fixed fees quoted upfront — no hidden commissions

Questions parents ask most

  • How often will I speak to my child? As often as you like — most families call daily at first.
  • Who supervises my child? The host family and a local coordinator, plus the school's international student office.
  • What about medical care? Every student is enrolled in health insurance before departure.
  • What if the placement is not a good fit? Placements can be reviewed and changed; this is rare but supported.

Faith, diet and culture

We share dietary requirements, religious practice and cultural needs with the school and host family before placement. Muslim, Christian and vegetarian students are all placed with families who understand and respect their practice.
